Happy Tuesday everyone! Tripp and I had a delicious dinner 🙂
Ham roast + Tessemae’s ketchup, peas + ghee, beets and broccoli. So good!!
And my plate looked the same 😉
Ingredients are listed above. Sauté the veggies in a good fat (I did ghee and coconut oil) then add your liquid (gold). I did a jar of concentrated broth with a jar of water. Let this simmer until your veggies are to your liking. Serve with any or all of the following: white rice, chicken, spinach, drizzle of coconut cream (the solid part in the coconut milk can!).
It can heal your heart and body in one big helping 😉
