Menu for the week of Nov. 6th

Here we go! Another week here already. And y'all all know, once November 1st rolls through, we blink and it's Thanksgiving. Then BAM, Christmas.

I think I am a bit more excited about decorating for Christmas this year. I think Tripp is just going to love it!! He is planning on having a cute little tree in his room full of his tiny tape measures and some other cute little animal ornaments. I will throw a tractor in and it'll be his dream in tree form!

So what are we eating this week for dinner (and leftovers for lunch!!)?

Menu

  • Spaghetti bake (yes, the usual go-to from PaleOMG just with what I have in hand) with ground veal, zucchini and kale
  • Sausage, rice, and Thrive Life broccoli all served over spinach
  • Shredded beef stuffed sweet potatoes with avocado
  • Ranch chicken salad wraps with sweet potato fries
  • Creamy chicken soup
