Monday Meal Plan plus Meal Idea

Happy Monday night!! This will be fast. Tripp and I were up A LOT last night between his wake ups and then some loud storms. Sooooo #mamatired. Lol 😉 

Meal options:

  • Hamburger with chopped potatoes tossed in Tessamae’s ranch and a big veggie salad 
  • Chicken sausage with rice and beets 
  • Creamy chicken soup with roasted carrots 
  • Green Chef will deliver this week– we usually get roughly 6-8 meals out of 1 box. 
  • Breakfast egg sandwiches 
  • Baked oatmeal

Now for a fun breakfast idea. A green smoothie! I made this while I was sick, but feel free to add some protein powder to kick it up a notch.

Quick and easy! I actually have some spinach I need to use up, so this might happen in the AM or tomorrow for a snack!
