L- Had a coupon for Zoe’s Kitchen so we ordered the Chicken Kabobs with grilled veggies and grilled potatoes (yah for coupons!)
D- Mushroom Gravy Slow Cooked Rump Roast (amazing recipe from PaleOMG)
Breakfast and Snacks for the week: Banola from The 21-Day Sugar Detox: Bust Sugar & Carb Cravings Naturally; Banana Vanilla Bean N’Oatmeal from The 21-Day Sugar Detox Cookbook: Over 100 Recipes for Any Program Level; Gelatin Jigglers from The Paleo Parents; Egg muffins
L- Zoe’s leftovers over a big green salad
D- Pizza Spaghetti Pie from PaleOMG
L- Roast leftovers or spaghetti pie leftovers
D- Applegate hot dog with kraut; spinach salad with pumpkin seeds, apple, and balsamic
L- Spaghetti pie leftovers
D- Paleo group from Crossfit Candor meets for dinner at Jalapeno’s (they have a paleo menu even!)
L- Paleo taco soup (no recipe, just throwing things together)
D- Taco soup with a little no-corn bread (plan to use a recipe like this from Our Paleo Life… which is a new blog, to me, and I love it!)
L- Leftover soup (sometimes this happens, back to back menu items, but it is the end of the week… grace here!)
D- Hamburgers… grilling and even making these buns from Against All Grain. I will do some sort of salad and some sweet potato fries (baked).
That’s it! I have found it is easier for me to share what we had on Sunday rather than trying to guess what we will have the week before. Lately I have been shopping here and there on the weekends and I would like to get in the habit of planning on Saturday and starting the menu on Sunday. We will see how long that takes 🙂
